When Booking:

1. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email or call from us asking you a few more questions so we can complete your inspection order to your needs.
2. We will send you a follow up email with a detailed final invoice amount with payment link and a link to review and sign the agreements(s). You can also access agreements and pay your invoice at the bottom of this page.
3. Final amount can be paid then or in-person at the Inspection if you plan on attending.

Inspection Day:

1. We invite you to attend and learn about the property with us!
2. If you cannot attend please let us know
3. If you have not already made final payment, then final payment is due upon inspection.
4. Your home inspection report, septic will be delivered within 24 hours of inspection completion. Additional services like mold and water tests will be available when the lab completes testing.

Rescheduling

1. Please contact us via email, web contact form, text, or call at least 24 hours in advance of inspection to reschedule at no additional fee. We will work with your schedule to find a day that works for you.
2. If you need to reschedule with 24 hours of inspection, please call and notify Jordan at 812-593-1432. A $50 rescheduling fee will be added.

Cancellation 

1. To cancel - please contact us via email, web contact form, text, or call at least 24 hours in advance of inspection to cancel. 
2. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of inspection - please call and notify Jordan at 812-593-1432. The final amount (if paid already) will be refunded.
