EPA Lab Certified well water test for Total Coliform, E coli, Arsenic, Lead, Copper, Nitrate-N, Nitrite-N. Adheres to VA, FHA, and HUD loan testing guidelines. Results are received digitally within 3-4 Days of testing.

Standard inspection for homes on septic looking for proper leach field (finger system) drainage and septic function. Levels of sludge and scum are measured, but does not include pumping. Required for some VA and FHA loans. Official results will be sent within 24 hours, typically with the home inspection report.

Standard wood destroying insect (Termite) inspection for real estate transactions using the NPMA33 form.

Was your house built around or before 1978? If so, there is a good chance it contains lead-based materials. We offer a simple swab test to instantly determine if lead is present on surfaces. This service includes at least 2 swab tests and more can be performed if needed.
