Sewer Line Scope

A camera recorded inspection of the main waste line going out of the home to the septic or city sewer connection. This inspection typically reveals hidden material, roots, cracks, and overall healh of the sewer line. General inspections do not include this.

Lab-Certified Well Water Testing

EPA Lab Certified well water test for Total Coliform, E coli, Arsenic, Lead, Copper, Nitrate-N, Nitrite-N. Adheres to VA, FHA, and HUD loan testing guidelines. Results are received digitally within 4-5 Days of testing.

Septic Testing

Standard inspection for homes on septic looking for proper leach field (finger system) drainage and septic function. Includes visual sewer cam scope of one main waste line from the home to the septic entrance. Levels of sludge and scum are measured, but does not include pumping. Required for some VA and FHA loans. Official results will be sent within 24 hours, typically with the home inspection report.

Mold Investigating

Ideal for homes that over 20 years, have been renovated, have visible water damage, smell musty, or have residing family members with mold-related health issues.

Our approach to finding mold is holistic and custom to your circumstance. We create a custom testing plan for you using multiple approaches (visual, smell, infrared, swabs, air samples, and more) to investigate and find the source. We are your advocate for a healthy home.

Advanced Water Testing

The average American uses 50-100 gallons of water a day. Most of that goes down the drain, but some comes in contact with our bodies through showering, drinking, and cleaning with our hands. We work with you to find the best advanced testing that fits your needs. Results typically sent digitally within 7-14 days of testing.

When Booking:

Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email or call from us asking you a few more questions so we can complete your inspection order to your needs.
We will send you a follow up email with a detailed final invoice amount with payment link and a link to review and sign the agreements(s). You can also access agreements and pay your invoice at the bottom of this page.
Final amount can be paid then or in-person at the Inspection if you plan on attending.

Inspection Day:

We invite you to attend and learn about the property with us!
If you cannot attend please let us know
If you have not already made final payment, then final payment is due upon inspection.
Your home inspection report, septic will be delivered within 24 hours of inspection completion. Additional services like mold and water tests will be available when the lab completes testing.

Rescheduling

Please contact us via email, web contact form, text, or call at least 24 hours in advance of inspection to reschedule at no additional fee. We will work with your schedule to find a day that works for you.
If you need to reschedule with 24 hours of inspection, please call and notify Jordan at 812-593-1432. A $50 rescheduling fee will be added.

Cancellation

To cancel - please contact us via email, web contact form, text, or call at least 24 hours in advance of inspection to cancel.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of inspection - please call and notify Jordan at 812-593-1432. The final amount (if paid already) will be refunded.
